Riverside County Homeless Count Jan. 23
500 volunteers are needed to count and survey homeless persons living on the streets within their communities. Volunteers must attend a training session where they will receive instructions on conducting the count and on important safety guidelines. Information collected from the count and survey is required to continue receiving federal funding for homeless programs, to develop strategies to end homelessness, and to help homeless children and families who are in need.

Visitors to Downtown Riverside will be transported to the beauty of the magnificent Ancient Orient, beginning with a Spectacular Parade of Nations at 10 am, Opening ceremonies at 10:45 am, then Traditional Asian Music, Taiko Drums, Dance Performances, Art Exhibits and Day-Long Demonstration of Martial Arts, Anime Cosplayers and a range of Asian Cultural displays of various kinds conducted by community and professional groups alike on our three separate stages throughout the day.

Amateur MMA Tryouts Jan. 27
Our top MMA stars and the elite coaches who train them will be hosting an open tryout to spot new talent.
