The wonderful town of Norco, also known as Horse Town USA due to few sidewalks and over 90 miles of equestrian trails. Norco is one of the few communities in Southern California where horses are alternate modes of transport and has 400 acres of parkland.
Norco was incorporated as a City in 1964 and a Charter City in 2003. Norco is an equestrian-oriented  and animal-keepingcommunity located along the I-15 Freeway in West Riverside County. As of the 2010 Census the town's population is 27,063. Norco gets its name from its location North Corona or North Corona Land Company.
Norco used to be home of the The Norconian Club. It was favorite spot for the celebrities and VIPs of the 1920s and 30s.  The  900-acres club included a 55-acre lake, tennis courts, mineral baths, Olympic size pools, golf course, a casino and a private landing field. Unfortunately the Norconian Club opened right before the start of the Great Depression and had to close its doors.
Norco is also home to Norco College which recently received full accreditation to become the 112th accredited college in California. 
The town's largest event center, George Ingall's Equestrian Event Center is a popular location for weekend community events, horse shows, and is now home to the California Finals Rodeo.
